I learned about the endocannabinoid system and the benefits of CBD five years ago. I began ingesting coconut oil infused with CBD for anxiety and PTS. Not only did it help significantly with those issues, but it also helped with digestive issues, skin issues, better sleep patterns and a general sense of well-being. I have found no negatives to the use of CBD. In fact, when I have neglected to take my dose of CBD for a day or so, it becomes apparent as to the benefits I have been receiving from its use.
